I’ve just had a couple of stubbies of the Strong Ale and frankly I’m surprised that I can still type, strong ale indeed this baby kicks like a mule! But that would be irresponsible of me to advocate a beer because of its high alcohol content; it also tastes great, rich toffeeish malt and lifted hoppy finish makes this beer a real treat.

But wait, I’m not trying to sell you this beer, I want to give you a 6 pack for free!! Just some new members’ emails are all we want. Mildara Cruise

Those lucky enough to have secured tickets on our BOOKED OUT cruise to Mildara this Sunday, listen up. We will board the Riverqueen Voyager by 10.20am (no later or you might miss the boat) at the Mildura wharf and we will be returned there at around 5pm. Please wear sensible shoes as there is a walk up hill over broken ground to get from Chaffey landing to the cellar door and if it looks like rain an umbrella is a good idea to. Everything else is taken care of, so get ready for a good time.

Heres a local winery (okay, its owned by west Aussies) we haven’t had before and boy are they doing the mother of all tastings with nine, yes, 9!, wines on offer. There’s three from the Mosaic label, two under the Milburn Park label and four from the Salisbury label.

Well I guess we will be seeing you all at the tasting corner Friday arvo for a 4.30 kick off.
