Now the traffic has cleared and we waved farewell to the Queens Baton, time for another week at work.

HOUGHTON CROFTERS GREAT SOUTHERN PEMBERTON CABERNET MERLOT 2001

Deep, powerful brooding nose – very attractive. Quite oaky in the mouth at the moment. Lots of tannins and nice varietal fruit underneath. Time is all it needs. (Winestate Magazine 2006 Annual).
